The international distributor of the GMA Network, one of the most important channels in the Philippines, hired the experienced executive whose main objective will be to accelerate the company’s international growth.
GMA Worldwide, the international distributor of the GMA Network, hired Ana Sevilla as its new Assistant Vice President for Syndication Sales (AVP). Its main objective is to accelerate the growth and international development of the company by reaching new territories.
Sevilla reports directly to Roxanne Barcelona, VP of GMA Worldwide and as AVP, it will boost the distribution efforts of GWI throughout the world and maintain the excellent customer service of the company. The executive has 19 years of experience in television research, media strategy, production and channel management, sales and distribution, business development and content marketing for open and pay TV networks.
The distributor recently closed multiple agreements for its well-known dramas. Placed “A Woman Scorned” in Malaysia, “Because Of You” in Kazakhstan, “Legally Blind” and “Impostora” in Ecuador, “Adarna” and “Once Upon A Kiss” in Vietnam, “My Destiny” in Hawaii, “My Lover, My Wife “in Uganda and” Memories of Love “in Canada.
