Michelle has a Bachelor of Business Administration graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, and continued her studies in the US with a Degree program in International Marketing at UC Berkeley where she was distinguished with honors. In 1994, along with her studies, she began her professional career in the International Department of Telefe, jumping through different areas involved in the unit and remaining in charge of the administrative area. After her Postgraduate studies, she entered Fox Latin American Channels, based in Los Angeles, where she served as Promotions Coordinator for Fox Latin America and then Project Leader of ventures such as Fox Kids Cup Latin America, then Fox Kids Cup US and Worldwide. After her return to Argentina, she worked as Promotions Manager for PSN (Panamerican Sport Network) and then was appointed again by Telefe, for the position of Sales Executive, this time responsible for the businesses of Telefe, Channel 9 and Antenna 3 for the Latin American territory. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted as Senior Executive. In 2008, Wasserman leads the restructuring of the international area, integrating the Sales of Contents, Production Services, Co-productions and Formats, remaining as head of the International Business Department with less than 30 years of age. The youngest manager of the company, achieved the unification and synergy of the International Businesses thus arriving at the position of International Business Manager for Distribution, Formats and Production Services. After more than a decade in the main Argentinean broadcaster, in December 2012, she joins the world’s leading entertainment company, Endemol Shine Group a Senior Vice President of International Business and Content Development for the territory of Latin America. In January 2021, she was raised to manage the integral business in the region after the merfe between Endemol Shine and Banijay where she is SVP LatAm, USH & Brazil at Banijay Rights. Some of the her main achievements include but are not limited to, the consolidation of Endemol Shine (now Banijay Rights) in the Latin region with more than 40 productions/year and the development and production for Netflix’s first original teen musical series “Go! Vive a tu Manera” with 3 seasons and specials.
