Majo Castratt

Graduated from the Communications career at the University of Lima, in Peru. She started in the advertising audiovisual production business 8 years ago, her last job being Toro Content (Lima, Peru). She has managed to work with agencies such as Circus Gray, McCann, Havas, TBWA, Publicis Groupe, Wunderman, Sr Burns, Fahrenheit DDB, among others, and clients such as: Interbank, BBVA, Scotiabank, BCP, Nestlé, Entel, Molitalia, Sodimac, Maestro , Falabella, AB InBev, among others.

She has recently joined the production company “Los Animals” in Mexico City as an executive producer, managing to expand internationally.

On the other hand, 7 years ago, she created a casting agency with a new methodology specialized in children, with 3 lines of business: Casting, Filming Coach and Workshops. She has also been part of the United Nations for a few months at CEPAL (Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean) located in Santiago de Chile. The last study she did was “Mindset-Digital Innovation” at IESE Business School.

She firmly believes that we all come to leave a legacy, in our case at the communicational or audiovisual level, which will contribute to continue improving as a country, region and / or world.
